Used topically in aromatherapy to help relieve muscular aches, tenseness, and stiffness. Recommended dose and duration of use:

• Adults: Add 10ml (2 teaspoons) to a full bath and swish the water gently so that the salts dissolve and disperse throughout the water.
• For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

For shower scrub -add a few drops of carrier oil till it adds enough sip to the salt to scrub all over the skin and rinse.
